How long will my pricing with your service providers stay fixed?

All of our contracts with MarketStation service providers are based on 1 year agreements. These service providers are contractually bound to that term.  At the end of each contract year, a new agreement will be put in place. Your rate will be honored for at least one year from the time you sign up for that service.

What types of protections are in place to ensure that your service providers will take care of me?

Each of our service providers have high quality service standards as part of their Service Level Agreements with MarketStation. If at anytime you feel the service you receive falls short of what was promised, please contact us at MarketStation. We will review your concerns and act promptly to resolve them.

I operate multiple stores. Can I get a better deal than the guy down the road that operates a single store?

We have negotiated all of our contracts at the lowest possible prices. All of our members will be charged the same low monthly membership fee. This is the true strength of the MarketStation model.

The price to join is $29.95 per month. Is that per service, or is that for all of them?

The monthly fee gives you exclusive access to the preferred rates we’ve negotiated with ALL of the MarketStation Partners. There are no hidden charges, and these low rates are not available to non-members. The savings you realize from just ONE service provider will likely pay for an entire year’s membership.

Am I required to utilize all the services that you offer or can I use my existing non-MarketStation providers for selected services?

You can utilize as few or as many services as you like.

We will continue to seek out additional services to provide and encourage all our members to let us know what services they would like to see. Membership fees will not increase as service providers are added.

What  type of companies does MarketStation allow to participate in this program?

We seek national companies with great reputations. We follow an extensive vetting process to ensure that our service providers have a demonstrated track record for delivering high quality products and services. 

Does MarketStation receive any money from their service providers?

Absolutely not! We specifically inform each service provider that we do not and will not accept ANY reimbursements, and expect them to pass any savings they might offer straight through to our members.

If I am not satisfied with your service after 60 days am I allowed to continue doing business with your service providers?

Yes, but in order to receive the special MarketStation pricing, you must be a member.

What if I am using a service that you don't offer yet and want better pricing from them?

We recommend you let us know the company and the service. We will approach them to explore the possibility of adding that provider to our list. This way you are letting MarketStation use our negotiating power to get you better prices.

Will my monthly rate ever change for any reason?

Our primary goal is to offer our membership at the lowest possible price. We do not anticipate any membership price increase, however there may be a need to do so in the future based on market conditions. You will be notified 90 days in advance, should this occur. Be assured that the substantial savings you realize from service providers will more than pay for the membership fee.

What happens to contracts that I may currently have with MarketStation Service Providers?

Obviously it will vary depending on what service you are using. For example, if you're switching your credit card processing to our MarketStation provider, then that provider will pay the cost to terminate your existing contract, and walk you through the process to assist you in the change of processors.

Are there any additional fees required to join?

No additional fees. No hidden fees. Just the monthly membership fee.

What if I sell my store(s). Can I transfer my membership to the new owners?

Due to certain legal and commerce regulations, the membership cannot simply be transferred. The new owner will need to set up a new account with us. This is easily handled through our online Customer Service. Keep in mind that a MarketStation membership is a benefit to the buyer, allowing them to continue realizing the savings on services you already have in place.

What if I add another store? Does my membership fee go up?

No, your fee remains the same. We would, however, like to know if you have grown so we can better serve you.
